Products are offered subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you to discuss an alternative product, backorder, or refund where applicable.

5. Delivery

6. Returns

If you receive damaged or incorrect goods, please notify us within 5 business days of delivery.

Unused stock items may be returned within 30 days, subject to approval and in their original packaging. Special order or customised products may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

Payment terms are subject to your account agreement. Credit account customers must pay invoices in accordance with their agreed payment terms.
